Omelette Sarapan (Indonesian breakfast omelette)

4 eggs
1 birds eye chilli, sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 shallots, sliced
1/2 small tomato, sliced
1/4 tsp white pepper

Combine and whisk all ingredients together.
Heat 1 tbls oil and make an omelette in a non-stick pan,
flipping to brown both sides.
Serve with kecap manis, toasted buns, jam,
fruit salad with a squeeze of lime,
and cinnamon tea or nutmeg coffee.
