Pudina Chutni (Mint chutney)

1/2 cup mint leaves
1/4 cup tamarind liquid
2 tbls red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2cm ginger, chopped
1/2 tsp sugar

Process all ingredients together to
form a smooth paste.
Store up to one week in refrigerator.
