Indonesian pancakes are thick and heavy, but with crispy edges.
1 1/4 cups plain flour
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tbls condensed milk
Combine flour, condensed milk, and milk to make a smooth batter.
Heat butter in a non-stick pan and make 4 pancakes, adding
banana slices and/or kenari nuts. Flip and cook until banana
Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or serve with nutmeg jam
and fruit salad with a squeeze of lime juice.
