6 scallops, in shell
1 egg, beaten
25g bean thread noodles
2 tbls spring onion, chopped
Clean scallops and retain deep shell.
Soak bean thread in hot water.
Add 1 tbls egg to each scallop in shell,
top with a spoonful of bean thread
and barbeque until egg sets.
Serve sprinkled with spring onion.
