Kangkung Saus Tiram (water spinach in oyster sauce)

1/2 bunch kangkong, cut into 4cm lengths
3 shallots, sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 long red chilli, sliced
1/2 tsp trasi powder
1 tbls oyster sauce

Heat 2 tbls oil and fry shallots, garlic and trasi until aromatic.
Add chilli and oyster sauce.
Add a splash of water and kangkung – stir until just wilted and serve immediately.
