1 bunch choy sum, finely chopped
1/2 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbls oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
Heat 2 tbls oil and saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add choy sum, oyster sauce and sugar – stir until wilted and serve.
