1/2 cup warm water
1/3 tsp yeast
1/3 tsp bicarb. soda
2 tbls crushed, roasted peanuts
2 tbls sugar (extra)
1/2 tbls sesame seeds
1 tbls butter
Combine flour, water, yeast, soda, 30g sugar and egg to a smooth batter
– set aside for 30 minutes.
Heat 1 tbls oil in non-stick pan and add batter – smooth flat.
Sprinkle half of pancake with peanuts, 2 tbls sugar and sesame seeds,
dot with butter, cover and cook over low heat until set.
Cut in half, fold, slice and serve hot.
