300g silken tofu, roughly cut in chunks
100g pork, chopped
2 dried shitake mushrooms,
soaked in water then sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbls dark soy sauce
1/2 tbls oyster sauce
pinch white pepper
1 spring onion, sliced
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp cornflour, blended with water
Heat 2 tbls oil and fry garlic until fragrant.
Add pork and mushrooms – saute.
Add sauces, sugar, pepper and water –
cover and cook 5 minutes.
Thicken with cornflour, add tofu and
