Teh C Peng (three layer tea)

3 tbls tea dust
about 160ml evaporated milk
about 80ml liquid palm sugar
small ice cubes

Boil tea dust with about 250ml water to make a strong brew.
Add 40ml palm sugar into each of two glasses.
Fill glasses with ice.
Carefully pour 80ml evaporated milk into each glass.
Carefully top up glasses with tea.
Serve with a straw and a spoon.
