Teh C Peng (three layer tea)

3 tbls tea dust
about 200ml evaporated milk
about 100ml liquid palm sugar
small ice cubes

Boil tea dust with about 200ml water to make a strong brew.
Add 50ml palm sugar into each of two glasses.
Fill glasses with ice.
Carefully pour 100ml evaporated milk into each glass.
Carefully top up glasses with tea.
Serve with a straw and a spoon.
