1 clove garlic, chopped
2 dried chillies, sliced
170g crab meat, fresh or canned
2 eggs, beaten
3 cups cooked rice
1 tbls Maggi seasoning
2 tbls fish sauce
1 tbls sugar
1 spring onion, sliced
1 tomato, cut in wedges
few celery leaves OR coriander leaves
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 lime, cut in wedges
Heat 2 tbls oil and fry garlic, chillies, crab and eggs together until egg is cooked.
Add rice, Maggi seasoning, fish sauce and sugar – stir-fry until hot.
Add spring onion, tomato and celery leaves – mix well.
Serve garnished with cucumber and lime.
