Put Pak Ruam Mit (vegetables in oyster sauce)

Use whatever seasonal vegetables are available
like tomato, cucumber, snake beans or broccoli
in place of these suggestions…

2 tbls garlic, chopped
1 shallot, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1 cup cauliflorets
1 cup cabbage, sliced
10 baby corn, halved
1 small bunch gai lan, sliced
2 tbls oyster sauce
2 tbls soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp cornflour, blended with water

Heat 2 tbls oil and fry garlic until fragrant.
Add shallot, carrot, cauliflower, cabbage and corn – stir 2 minutes.
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, 1/4 cup water and gai lan.
Thicken with cornflour.
