Thom Maelana (pineapple and coconut soup)

1/4 pineapple, diced
1/2 cucumber, diced
1 tomato, diced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 dried chilli, halved
1 tbls oyster sauce
1 tbls fish sauce
1/2 tbls sugar
1/4 cup coconut milk

Heat 1 tbls oil and fry garlic and chilli until fragrant.
Add all remaining ingredients and heat through,
adding water as necessary (about 1/2 cup).
